| This paper analyses the necessity of setting up self-assessment system in a college and charateristics of self-assessment in teaching performance. Also, it puts forward that the self-assessment scheme, combined with the college practice, aims at to set up a teaching quality suprervisory system with the teaching assessment as it’s core, so as to enhance the level and efficiency of running a college. |
