| In the light of constraint time clauses of Condictions of contract for works of civil engineering construction (Federation Internationsale des Ingerieurs conseiles(FIDIC))and intennational convertions on contractor,the thesis analyses the influence of time factors on three periods of biding and negeotiations,constructions and maintenance in international contracted works.It also proposes some relevant measures about it. |
