| 如何使高等教育改革稳步健康、可持续地发展下去,深入了解经济发展不同区域高等学校现状非常重要,处于经济欠发达地区的高等学校,要在教育教学改革的总体战略中寻求局部突破,创造自己的办学特色。湖南、广西部分高校在德育工作和干部人事制度改革方面的做法颇具独特性,他们在建立较为完善的德育工作制度保障体系和在用人制度加大改革力度方面的做法值得我们认真学习和借鉴。 |

| It is of great importance to make a thorough investigation of current state of the institutions of higher learning in areas of dif- ferent levels of economic development in order that the reform of higher education should have a steady,healthy,and sustainable develop- ment.The institutions of higher learning in the underdeveloped regions should have,under the overall strategies of the reform of the edu- cation and teaching,a partial breakthrough and create their characteristics of education.Some institutions of higher learning in Hunan and Guangxi provinces have done some unique work in moral education and in the reform of cadre and personnel systems.What they have done is worthwhile for us to learn and adopt in their ensuring systems to deepen the reform in terms of establishing next to perpect moral principlels and personnel management. |
