| This study mainly discusses the relations between red cell deformability and sport ability after detraining and training,trough the dynamic survey of rats’red cell in 1.0% NaCl after intense training and detraining.The aim is to provide foundations during the training or matches after detraining.The following results have been drawn:1.RCD can gain the adaptation in training;2.The adaptation of RCD can not last long. |
