      研究了在pH=9左右的氨水-氯化铵介质中,Ag+能与双硫腙的四氯化碳溶液形成络合物,加入氰根后形成Ag+-双硫腙-CN-的三元体系,借此建立了测定痕量CN-的分光光度法.线性范围为0.5~4.0 μg/25 mL,检测限为2.8×10-10 g/L.方法简单快速,用于测定水样中CN-含量,结果满意.
英文摘要:
      In this paper a highly sensitive spectrophotometry was developed for the determination of cyanide,based on the formation of a ternary complex of Ag(Ⅰ) cyanide dithizone in a carbon tetrachloride phase and in a NH 3- NH 4Cl buffer solution of pH 9.The detection wavelength was 470 nm and the linear range of determination was 0.5~4.0 μg/25 mL.The detection limit was 2.8×10 -10 g/L.
