      用ANSYS前处理建立曲轴三维实体模型、网格划分,划分结果译码成有限元计算需要的数据.计算曲轴受拉、压两种工况,经载荷和约束处理,应力结果由ANSYS求解器得到,利用已知应力对曲轴强度进行校核,校核结果和实际情况一致.
英文摘要:
      The paper uses the preprocessor of ANSYS to generate the model of 3D entity and mesh generation on crankshaft. Mesh generators are transferred into data that will be used in finite element analysis. Passing by dealing with force and commitment, it calculates the forces of pulling and pressure working conditions of crankshaft. They are used in stress analysis. The stress data is calculated from the calculator of ANSYS. The static load safe coefficient and the fatigue safe coefficient of the crankshaft are tested from known stress. Testing effect is according to the fact.
