      研究利用吹扫-捕集法富集样品,利用HP-1大口径厚液膜通用型熔融石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×2.65 μm)、ECD检测器,测定水中5种氯代苯的方法,确定了最佳吹扫-捕集条件.结果表明:水样体积为5ml时,标准偏差在0.03~0.14 μg.L-1,变异系数在0.63%~2.87%之间,加标回收率为96%~117%,5种物质的最低检测限在0.13~0.95 μg.L-1之间.
英文摘要:
      The optimum coditions of determination of chlorbenzene in water by purge and trap gas chromatography have been studied, with the selecting HP-1 silicon melting capillary of big-caliber of the common thick liquid membrane and ECD detector when the substance were trapped by purge and trap method. The standard deviation and coefficient of variation were 0.03-0.14μg·L -1 and 0.63-2.87%. The recovery ranged 96-117%.The detection limits were 0.13-0.95μg·L -1.
