| This paper studies the application of microwave heating in maintenance of asphalt pavements. When pavement material is exposed to microwave enery, aggregate will generate heat and transfer it to the asphalt cement. Microwave heating has many advantages such as uniformity, working quickly and deeply etc. And its application has a good prospect. |
