      主要研究了粉煤灰掺量、烧成制度对高掺量粉煤灰烧结砖性能的影响.结果表明,随粉煤灰掺量的增加,坯料塑性降低,干坯和烧结砖的各项性能明显下降;高掺量粉煤灰砖适宜的烧成温度范围在1000~1050℃;在给定的条件下,存在着一适宜的保温时间,当粉煤灰掺量为50%的烧结砖在1050℃下保温5 h时制品性能最佳.
英文摘要:
      The effect of fly ash content and fired condition on the properties of fly ash fired brick was studied.The results show that,with increasing fly ash content,the plasticity index of the green bogy and the performances of the dry green body and the fired brick degenerated sharply.The opeimum fired temperature was among 1000~1 050℃.The optimum isothermal times exists on the designed brick.With fly ash contents 50%,the optimum performances of fired brick was made under 1 050℃and isothermal time 5h.
