| In this paper, the author studies the characteristics and the differentces of western suits level cutting methods: the proportion method, the model method and the basic shape proportion method. The adopting size foundation of the model method is different from the other two, which leads to the difference in the matching degree and the comfortability. The author stresses the tailors should adopt different cutting methods flexibly according to the need of design and the sizes and the parameters should be ajusted properly. |
