      采用正交设计实验法研究了配方对 (1-Z)(Ba1-x-ySrxCay)TiO3*Z(Bi2O3*3TiO2)系中高压电容器陶瓷介电性能的影响,得到了影响该系统陶瓷介电性能的主次因素,各因素水平影响其性能的趋势.通过正交设计实验得到了综合性能最佳的陶瓷配方,其ε>3 800 F/m,tgδ<5×10-3和Eb>9 kV/mm.
英文摘要:
      The influence of formula on the dielectric properties of (1 - Z)(Ba1-x-ySrxCay)TiO3·Bi2O3·TiO2) series middle- high voltage ceramic capacitors has been investigated by means of orthogonal design experiments. The major and secondary influencing factors and the influencing tendency of various factors’ levels for the dielectric properties of this ceramics have been obtained. The formula having optimum comprehensive properties has been obtained by means of orthogonal design experiments, which have e >3800,tg&<5x10-3 and Eb>9 kv/mmo
