| The DNA molecular techniques provide a common efficient method for direct comparisons among diverse organisms, as well as genetic diversity measurement. The paper generalizes the recent advanced DNA techniques including RFLPs, PCR, RAPD, minisatellite and microsatellite DNA,In Situ PCR,DNA sequence,et al. and appliance them to the study of fishery germplasm. And the studies of DNA (mtDNA and gDNA) polymorphism of fishery are also reviewed in the paper. |
