      以粉煤灰、石灰及硅酸盐水泥为主要原料,经配料、混合、发气、常温养护等工艺过程研制粉煤灰水泥多孔材料,其特点是密度小(500~800kg/m3),强度高(0.6~4.0MPa),保温性能好,耐热性强,可用于生产保温制品、填充墙、砌块、轻质墙板等,配料中大量利用粉煤灰(掺量达50%左右)故成本低廉.在建筑桩基工程中,掺加35%以下的粉煤灰,磷石膏掺量为2%~6%,可以减少水泥用量,明显降低混凝土成本,既节约能源又避免环境污染,又能改善混凝土的性能,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益.
英文摘要:
      The fly ash porous cement material is made with the raw material of fly ash, lime and silicate cement after mixing, blending, aerating and curing in the normal temperature. This kind of porous material is low in density (between 500-800 kg/m3), with high strength (in the range of 0.6-4.0 MPa), good heat preservation and better enduring heat. It can be used in the manufacture of heat preservation ware, filling walls, concrete block and lightweight wallboard. The cost is low because there is 50% fly ash in the mixture. In the pile foundation of architecture, adding less than 35% fly ash and 2%-6% phosphogypsum can reduce the dosage of cement and decrease the cost of concrete in evidence. It can both save energy and avoid environment pollution and improve the performance of concrete. Thus the economy benefit and social benefit are good.
