      对称粘贴在梁结构上下表面上的压电元件在外部电场的作用下能使梁结构发生弯曲变形.通过分析驱动构件与结构中的应变分布,基于均匀应变假设,建立了压电智能结构的变形传递模型及其应变传递因子.采用数值模拟的方法分析了驱动机构和粘贴层的尺寸大小和力学性能对应变传递因子的影响,提出了提高压电驱动机构性能的方法.
英文摘要:
      The rectangular beam with dual surface bonded piezoelectric actuators will result in pure bending deformation caused by an external electric field. The strain distribution of the actuators and the beam are analyzed and according to the uniform strain model, the strain transfer factor, k, is proposed for the characterization of the deformation transfer from the actuator to the beam. Using the analytical simulation, the deformation transfer factor is analyzed. And the influences of the thickness and the elastic modulus of the structure on the k are predicted and illustrated.
