随着数字图像处理技术的发展,图像检测的应用逐渐成为许多工程应用中的关键技术.对原有的图像采集、检测系统--量表验定系统深入分析的基础上,调整了系统的结构.提高了系统运行速度.在对图像边缘检测上应用了亚像素插分,提高了精度.投入实际应用中,取得了良好的效果. |

With the development of digital image processing technology, image detecting has became a pivotal technique in engineering application.This paper adjusts the system structure and improves the system running rate, based on the analysis of the original image grabbing, detecting system and dialgauge measuring system. Through edge detection and pixel subdivision technique, the accuracy of measurement has been raised. In the practical application, the good effect has been obtained as well. |
