| 在运动性蛋白尿产生的原因方面,运动生理学认为是由于运动负荷使肾小球滤过膜的通透性改变而引起的,但对通透性改变的原因,解释并不明确.在运动医学领域内,蛋白尿的测定是运动员全面体格检查项目中重要的一项,尿蛋白的测定对运动员可产生以下三个作用:评定负荷量和运动强度的大小;观察运动员机体对负荷量的适应能力;反映运动员的训练水平. |

| As to the causes of atheletic protein urine, atheletic biology explains that it results from the changes in penetration properties of kidney filter membrance by atheletic load, but fails to explain definitely. In the atheletic medicime, the measurement of proteim urime is an important item in the overall physical examination of atheletes, which bears three functions:a) to assess the atheletic load and intensity; b)to observe the atheletes’ adjustment and c)to reflect the atheletes’ training level. |
