| 通过分析现有各种冷渣机的优缺点,提出一种新型的结构,利用刮板推动灰渣前进并换热,水侧无动密封,避免使用中水的泄漏.该冷渣机采用变频调速电机,预留DCS接口,便于实现自动化.经实际使用,效果良好. |

| Via analysis of all kind of the slag-cooler’s advantages and disadvantages,a new structure is brought forward.In this machine,slag is pushed toward with spatula and heat-exchanging.In water side it has no motorial airproof,without water leakage in running.The machine uses frequency conversion timing electromotor and preserves DCS interface,which is easy to realize automatization.Through application,it effects well. |
