      采用溶胶凝胶法制备了La2/3-xLi3xTiO3离子导体材料, 并对样品的结构、形貌、粒径、电导率用TG--DTA﹑XRD、TEM和交流阻抗仪进行了观察和测试.结果表明,采用该方法可大大降低材料的合成温度,在室温下电导率高达10-5s·cm-1.
英文摘要:
      La2/3-xLi3xTiO3 ion Conductor was prepared by sol-gel method.TG—DTA,XRD,TEMand A-C impedance technique were used to study the phase structure,grain size and ionic conductivity of samples.The results demonstrated that the samples prepared by the Sol-Gel method need lower temperature than the solid state reaction,and show high ionic conductivity as high as 10-5S·cm-1at room temperature.
