| 运用拼合原理将常用降糖药物二甲双胍与有降糖活性的香豆素拼合,并根据前期的构效关系研究结果,设计了溴取代香豆素二甲双胍类化合物,合成方法是以香豆素为原料,分别经溴加成、脱溴化氢、氯磺化、缩合四步反应得到了两个新的3-溴代香豆素二甲双胍类化合物,该类化合物未见文献报道,结构均经IR、1HNMR、MS鉴定. |

| On the basis of primary study of structure-activity relationship,bromine substituted coumarin-dimethylbiguanid was designed by matching principle treated with coumarin and dimethylbiguanid.Two new compounds were synthesised by four steps of reaction.There are addition,elimination,sulfochlorination and condensation.Target structures were identified by IR,1H-NMR and MS spectra never reported. |
