      当软件测试成本受限时,提高软件系统可靠性和最大化平均失效时间间隔MTBF,就必须合理分配可靠性增长测试的测试时间.利用Crow/AMSAA 可靠性增长模型,提出了最小化系统错误强度的实现方案.最后给出了实现算法.
英文摘要:
      A new method is presented to allocate system reliability growth test time in order to maximize system reliability and the system mean time between failure(MTBF) when designers are confronted with limited testing resources.This is accomplished by minimizing the failure intensity of the system with Crow/AMSAA reliability growth model.Finally,we put forward the problem formulation and solution algorithms.
