      研究了研磨时间、分散剂掺量、固含量对Al2O3-TiO2料浆流变性能的影响.研究结果表明,当研磨时间为4 h,分散剂掺量为3%(mass fraction of solid)、固含量为45%(volume fraction)的条件下所制备的Al2O3-TiO2粘度仅为76 mPa·s,引入固化剂后固化时间为360 s.该料浆流动性能最佳,固化时间充裕,有利于注凝成型.
英文摘要:
      The effect of mill time,dispersant content and solid volume fraction on rheological behaviors of Al2O3-TiO2 slurry were investigated.The results showed that the viscosity of Al2O3-TiO2 slurry was only 76 mPa·s and the solidification time was 360s after adding solidified agent when the mill time was 4h,the additive of dispersant was 3%(mass fraction of solid),and the solid volume content was 45%.And this slurry obtained the best fluid performance and abundant solidification time,was propitious to gelcasting.
