Thin-wall components are widely used in aerospace products.However,the thin-wall component with poor machinability is easy to deform during high-speed milling process.This paper introduces briefly the influence of chatter on the thin-wall components and puts forward a milling force model during the high speed milling.We use different marching dosage to validate the model and propose some measures to prevent the chatter during different marching dosage. |
