| 在室温17～26℃、2000Lx连续光照条件下,研究了植物生长调节物质NAA对小球藻生长及叶绿素和蛋白质含量的影响.结果表明,与对照组相比,0.25～4.0 mg/L的NAA对小球藻的生长及叶绿素和蛋白质含量都有不同程度的促进作用,其中2.0 mg/L的NAA对小球藻的生长及叶绿素和蛋白质含量的促进效果最佳. |

| The effects of NAA on the growth,chlorophyll and protein content of Chlorella vulgaris were studied under room temperature of 17-26℃ and continual lighting of 2000lx.Results show that when compared with the control group,the NAA of 0.25~4.0mg/L has different contribution,of which the NAA of 2.0mg/L contributes most to the growth,chlorophyll and protein content of Chlorella vulgaris. |
