      采用不同浓度含汞溶液浇灌蔬菜、高压消解样品、冷原子吸收测汞方法,测定汞在不同蔬菜及不同部位的含量,发现番茄、茄子、土豆的根部汞含量最高,辣椒的叶部汞含量最高,黄瓜在浇灌溶液浓度较高时根部最高,而在浓度较低时叶部含量最高.对蔬菜可食部分的不同部位,都表现为果肉部分含量最低,低于无公害农产品质量标准(GB2762-94).

      In this paper,Hg content in sereval kinds vegetables and in differents parts of vegetables was determinated by cold atomic absorption spectrometry.The vegetables used in this experiment were irrigated with solutions in which the mercury contents are different.The samples were digested with high-pressure vessels.The results indicated it is the highest that Hg content in roots of tomato,eggplant and potato(0.03435-11.32090 mg/kgFW)and leaves of chilli(0.03701-0.47591 mg/kgFW).As for cucumber,Hg content is the highest(3.24555-4.32317 mg/kgFW) in root when the solution concentration is bigger(≥0.1 mg/L).But while the solution concentration is lower(≤0.01 mg/L),it turned out that it is the highest in Hg content in leaf(0.12259-0.15364 mg/kgFW).The accumulated value of Hg in pulps of edible parts were the lowest(0.00107~0.00943 mg/kg) in different kinds of vegetables,which had not exceed the Harmless Agricultural Products Standard Value(GB2762-94,0.01 mg/kgFW).
