      提出了通过可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)、编码器和人机界面对公路振动标线划线机进行控制.利用人机界面选择所需线型和划线长度,通过PLC的高速计数器和编码器对划线机所走路程进行精确检测,可在野外恶劣环境中精确划出所需线型.
英文摘要:
      The marking machine(thermoplastic) needs a high controlling precision,which calls for the controller with good performance and precision.The conventional machine uses the singlechip as controller,which can′t satisfy the requirement in nasty environments.This paper schemes a method that utilizes PLC,encoder and human-machine interface(HMI) to control the marking machine.We can set the length of the thread using the HMI.The high speed counter and the encoder can measure the distance that the machine has covered.After all these work,the machine can mark the line as we expect in nasty environments.
