| The marking machine(thermoplastic) needs a high controlling precision,which calls for the controller with good performance and precision.The conventional machine uses the singlechip as controller,which can′t satisfy the requirement in nasty environments.This paper schemes a method that utilizes PLC,encoder and human-machine interface(HMI) to control the marking machine.We can set the length of the thread using the HMI.The high speed counter and the encoder can measure the distance that the machine has covered.After all these work,the machine can mark the line as we expect in nasty environments. |
