      采用反相高效液相色谱法研究了水果蔬菜中稀禾定残留的检测方法.样品用不同溶剂提取后,经分离净化,采用紫外检测器进行定性定量分析.在最佳实验参数下,稀禾定浓度在1.0 ~ 80.0 μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积成良好的线性关系,回收率为86.8% ~ 90.5%,检出限为0.1μg/mL,测定结果的标准偏差为0.64,变异系数为1.66 %.
英文摘要:
      he remnant sethoxydim in vegetables and/or fruits were measured by in reverse high performance liquid chromatogram(HPLC) method.After distilled with different solvents,samples were separated and purified,and then an ultraviolet detector was chose to performance the quantitative analysis of sethoxydim.Under optimal conditions,the concentration of sethoxydim shows good liner response to the area of chromatogram peak in the range of 1.0 ~ 80 μg/mL with detecting limit of 0.1μg/mL,the standard deviation and aberrance coefficient of measurement are 0.64 and 1.66% respectively.
