      给出了ANSYS有限元软件中碳管纳米弹簧的快速建模方法,对碳管纳米弹簧的轴向压缩进行了大变形有限元分析.为验证该方法与结果的有效性,还将一碳管纳米弹簧压缩刚度、临界失稳载荷的计算值与相应的试验结果、解析解进行了比较.研究表明,有限元结果与试验结果、解析解均较为接近,这说明碳管纳米弹簧的压缩特性分析是有效的;此外还发现,典型微米长度的碳管纳米弹簧的轴向压缩刚度为nN/nm量级,压缩失稳临界载荷为几十nN.
英文摘要:
      One rapid-modeling method of carbon-tube nanospring (CTNS) was given for the FE(finite-element) software environment of ANSYS,and the axial-compression of one CTNS was simulated by using large-deformation FE method.In order to verify the FE analyses,the present FE results of the compressive stiffness and critical load for the disability of the CTNS were compared with the corresponding experimental and analytic ones.It is found that the present FE results are very close to both the experimental and analytic ones,which implies the effectivity of the present FE analyses for the compressed CTNS.In addition,it is observed that the micron-length CTNS has the compressive stiffness of several nN/nm,and the critical load of decades of nN.
