| In this paper,analytical methods for melamine were reviewed,the detection mechanisms and procedures were elucidated.My purpose is to describe the error source of protein determination in milk products,and the reason why melamine coexisted in it.Analytical methods could be developed for melamine but the problem of food safety could not be solved with chemistry methods. |
