      采用以铬酸钠为背景电解质、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为电渗流改性剂的紫外检测法电泳系统,对牛奶中氯离子含量进行了测定,并研究了缓冲剂的浓度、pH值及操作电压对分离的影响.结果表明:方法的线性范围为4.0~200 mg/L,检出限为1.3 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为2.8%.方法用于2个牛奶样品中氯离子的含量的测定,结果分别为2 168,1873 mg/L.

      With the aid of electrophoresis system using sodium chromate as the background electrolyte,cetyhrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)as the electroosmotic flow modifier and ultraviolet detection method,chloride content in milk was determined.Effect of separation voltage,pH and concentration of the working buffer of capillary electrophoresis(CE) on quantification of chloride anions were also investigated.Results showed that the linear range and limit were 4.0~200 mg/L and 1.3 mg/L,respectively.The relatively standard derivation was 2.8%.The method was used for the real samples analysis with satisfactory results.
