| Combined with the principles and characteristics of fuzzy control and PID control,using "fuzzy-PID" complex control scheme for the realization of Pit heat treatment furnace temperature control,at the same time,this paper has also advanced rational design for hardware and software of the controller so that the control system has better static and dynamic characteristics.It has proved that this control system is stable and reliable,temperature control precise,response fast,overshoot small temperature rising time shorter, which has achieved a good result in running. |
