研究了回火态W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢刀具在超低温温度场中发生相变.占高速钢体积百分数最大的回火马氏体脱溶出细小、弥散的碳化物颗粒,残留奥氏体也相继发生马氏体转变,最后残留2%左右.试验表明,超低温处理后的高速钢刀具的机械性能进一步增加,特别是耐磨性能显著提高,延长了高速钢刀具的使用寿命. |

In the cryogenic temperature field,the phase transition of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel tool at tempered state is studied.The tempering martensite accounting for the largest volume percentage of high speed steel precipitates fine and dispersed carbide grains;the retained austenite continuously transforms into martensite too,and finally retains about 2%.The tests show that the mechanical properties of the HSS cutting tool by cryogenic treatment can be further increased,in particular,the antiwear property is observably raised.The service life of the HSS cutting tool is prolonged. |
