将钢渣粉磨后分级,得到7种不同粒径的试样,用X射线衍射仪分析了它们的矿物成分,研究了粗粒子试样在硅酸钠作用下的胶凝性,并以矿渣为参比样,比较研究了钢渣细粉体与矿渣易磨性及胶凝性的差异,还用扫描电子显微镜及X射线能谱仪分析了钢渣中硅酸盐矿物(C3S和C2S)的固溶组分.结果发现了钢渣中难磨组分为铁铝酸钙[Ca2(Al,Fe)2O5]和镁铁相固溶体(MgO·2FeO),且它的水化反应活性很低,而钢渣中硅酸三钙(C3S)和硅酸二钙(C2S)具有较好的易磨性,其易磨性比矿渣略好,但其水化反应活性明显比矿渣差,钢渣中的C3S和C2S固溶了较多的异离子.分析指出了钢渣水化活性低的本质是由于它所含的矿物Ca2(Al,Fe)2O5、MgO·2FeO无水硬性,C2S呈γ型,水硬性低,而C3S是在长时间高温下形成的,它具有较稳定的结构,从而它的水化活性亦相对较低. |

Steel slag was ground,then graded by sieve to seven samples with diffrence particle size.Their mineral components were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis,the cementious performance of coarse particle samples in silicate sodium solution was studied,the difference of grindability and hydrating activity between fine powder of steel salg with high furnace slag were comparatively researched,and solid solution component in silicate phases(C3S and C2S)of steel salg was determined by scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that the grindability of Ca2(Al,Fe)2O5 and MgO·2FeO are worst among all mineral in the slag,and they have hardly hydrating activity.Whereas,the grindability of C3S and C2S in steel salg are better slightly than high furnace slag,but the hydrating activity of the C3S and C2S is markedly low than high furnace slag.The results also show that a lot of other cation exist in the C3S and C2S.It is pointed out that the inherence of low hydrating activity of steel slag is that Ca2(Al,Fe)2O5,MgO·2FeO and γ C2S have hardly activity,and C3S is formed at high temperature and long time,thus it also has low activity. |
