Aptamers are nucleic acide ligands isolated from combinatorial oligonucleotide libraries by in vitro selection,aptamers can bind to a great variety of molecular targets with high affinity and specific recognizability.As a new kind of functional molecular,aptamers have been rapid developed and broadly applied in the field of chemistry,life science and biomedical diagnostics.This paper presented an overview on the recent advances in the development and the research progress of fluorescent probes based on the interaction of aptamers and gold nanoparticles. |
