| 单缸柴油机连杆螺纹的加工精度对连杆的使用寿命有着直接的影响,传统的连杆螺纹加工工装,不能很好地保证连杆螺纹的垂直度.通过对S195柴油机传统的连杆螺纹加工工装进行改进,在实际生产中收到了很好的效果,螺纹的垂直度精度、生产效率都大大提高. |

| Machining precion of horizontal bar disel engine is offected to using life of link screw thread directly.Traditional connected screw thread’s machining precision can’t ensure vertical degree of connected screw thread.Screw thread’s ensure vertical degree precision and prouction efficienly are improved,through machining frock improvement of s195 horizontal bar disel engine’s tractional link screw thread.It is good in production. |
