| 目前我国的电信业处于激烈的转型时期,电信企业开发了众多针对青少年用户的产品/业务.以电信校园业务为基础,运用QFD理论对客户需求进行系统的分析,并通过实例研究对模型进行了验证,对开发改进适合受众的产品/业务提供了理论和实践指导,使其能够满足不同客户的不同需求,提高客户满意度,确保电信企业在开发和改进校园业务时有章可循,并具备独特优势. |

| Since telecom industry in China is in a dramatic moment of transformation nowadays,telecom corporations are all developing various products and services aiming at the young customers.Based on the telecom campus services,this paper analyzes the customers’ requirements using the QFD theory and verifies the model through true cases.This research can provide theoretical and practical guide to the developing of the products and services so that they can meet various customers’ requirements and enhance their satisfaction.This research also helps regulate the decision-making process of the telecom corporations,making their services of unique advantages. |
