现役的水下发射装置,经常采用单液压缸驱动,这样会产生滑套上的倾覆力矩.为了消除这种现象,现采用双伺服阀控制双液压缸代替原来的单缸驱动.而双缸控制系统中有两种控制方式,即主从方式和等同方式.比较了两种方式的各自特点,最终选用等同方式来设计这个系统,并给出了这个系统的仿真曲线和对比结论. |

The existing under-water projection devices usually adopt single synchronous hydraulic cylinder,which will generate sidelong moment on sliding slipcover.To eliminate this phenomenon,we use double servo valve controlled double synchronous hydraulic cylinder to take the place of the single cylinder control.There are two control types in double cylinder control system,namely,the principal and subordinate mode and equal mode.This paper compares the two control types.The comparison results lead us to choose equal mode.The emulation curve of the system and comparison conclusion are presented in this paper. |
