| 石垫路S203线(垫江境内)随着通车时间、重载交通的增加,路面损坏严重,严重影响了路面的使用性能.在重庆地区首次采用了乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术对其进行了大修改造,用铣刨后的废旧沥青混合料,按照一定的级配,添加一定比例的新集料,用乳化沥青作为再生剂,在后场采用高远圣工GYCBL0200型冷再生设备重新拌和,再使用到路面的基层中,从而实现了对铣刨后的旧沥青混合料进行再生利用,既节约了资源,又保护了环境,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,为重庆地区路面大修工程改造找到了一种可持续发展的技术. |

| The surface Shidian Road S203(Dianjiang territory) was badly damaged with the length of time and healy traffic.For the first time,emulsified asphalt mixing plant used cold recycling technology overhaul was carried out in Chongqing It is to mill waste with asphalt first,according to a certain Grading,add a certain proportion of new aggregate,emulsified asphalt as a recycling agent,in the backcourt with lofty holy work GYCBL0200 re-mixing of Cold Recycling Equipment,then use the grass roots to the road,thus realize the milling of the old asphalt mixture recycling,which does not only save resources,but also protect the environment.It produces significant economic and social effectireness and finds,found a sustainable development technology for the road repairing project of Chongqing. |
