      为精确控制臭氧产量,分析了介质阻挡放电(DBD)型臭氧发生系统在负载呈感性时电路的各工作模态,推导出系统的臭氧产量随系统工作频率的升高而下降。据此结果,提出了臭氧发生系统恒定功率的控制方法:检测与臭氧产量成正比的系统有功功率,并将该量反馈,调节系统的工作频率,从而保证系统有功功率恒定。实验结果验证了所提闭环控制方法实现容易,运行稳定可靠。
英文摘要:
      In order to accurately adjust the ozone production,the on-off conditions of DBD(dielectric barrier discharger) ozone generating system is analyzed in this paper when the load appears inductive.The relationship between ozone production and working frequency is deduced according to the on-off conditions of system.Basing on this relationship,this paper proposes the active power closed-loop control strategy and shows the key techniques which include power measurement and frequency adjustment.The experimental result proves that the proposed method is easy and reliable.
