Lock ring synchronizer has been implemented widely in automobile for its reliability and durability.The configuration and structure size are firstly analyzed and determined.Then the synchronize time and bending strength are computed by using MathCAD software.The 3D model of lock ring synchronizer are built while the finite element analysis of lock ring are completed with UG software |
