| By utilizing Jute,ES and PP as raw material,the needle punched non- woven fabrics with different blend ratio were produced,which is reinforced by needle- punch and hot- rolling process. The effects of parameters on the nonwoven’s performance were studied and discussed depending on several important parameters,i. e. the punch density,the time,temperature and pressure of hot rolling. Orthogonal experiment was designed to get the optimal parameters of process. |
