      以黄麻、聚丙烯、ES纤维为原料,通过针刺和热轧工艺加固,制得黄麻农用非织造地膜.探讨工艺过程中的针刺密度、热轧时间、热轧压力、热轧温度等工艺参数对最终产品性能的影响,并通过正交设计寻找最优的工艺方案.

      By utilizing Jute,ES and PP as raw material,the needle punched non- woven fabrics with different blend ratio were produced,which is reinforced by needle- punch and hot- rolling process. The effects of parameters on the nonwoven’s performance were studied and discussed depending on several important parameters,i. e. the punch density,the time,temperature and pressure of hot rolling. Orthogonal experiment was designed to get the optimal parameters of process.
