      红l井是胜利油田部署在吐哈盆地哈密坳陷三堡凹陷红1构造的重点风险探井,三开空气钻后地层出水卡钻,使用优选的凝胶成膜屏闭封堵润滑钻井液,采用合理密度支撑-多元强化抑制-凝胶成膜封堵防塌-复合润滑防卡技术,有效解决了空气钻后地层出水导致井壁失稳、石炭系塌漏并存、井斜及井身轨迹多变造成润滑性差的难题,顺利钻达目的层,取得了一定的勘探成果.
英文摘要:
      Hong 1 well was an important risk prospecting well,and it was located at Sanpu Sag on Hami Depression in Turpan-Harmi Basin. Pipe- sticking occurred because of water coming when air drilling in third interval. By means of optimizing Gel membrane drilling fluid with formation sealing and lubrication ability and taking these measures of reasonable density sustaining, multiinhibity,gel membrane for formation sealing and anti- caving,recombination lubricating,the down- hole troublesome condition including wellbore instability because of water coming after air drilling,borehole collapse and lost circulation in Carboniferous System,poor lubrication because of hole deviation and bad hole trajectory was solved. At last,target stratum was drilled successfully,and exploration results were found.
