      安全回路通过碰撞开关来保证赛车在受到撞击等极限情况下断开高压回路。通过绝缘检测系统检测高压端和接地端是否存在电压差,来判定整个赛车是否绝缘,同时采用KM自锁电路来保证绝缘,以便电气安全人员排除故障,并进行手动复位。经过实际测试,安全回路稳定、可靠、适应性强,可以有效地保证车手的安全,提高赛车的驾驶安全性。
英文摘要:
      Through the collision switch safety circuit ensure that the car disconnects the high voltage circuit by the impact and in other extreme cases. The insulation detection system is adopted to detect whether there is a voltage difference between the high-voltage side and the grounding terminal, to determine whether the whole car is insulated. At the same time, KM self - locking circuit is used to ensure insulation, so that electrical safety personnel can debar the fault, and reset by manual. By practical testing, the safety circuit is stable, reliable and adaptable, which can effectively ensure the safety of drivers and improve the driving safety of the car.
