利用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对25万t乙二醇项目精馏单元进行模拟,选用WILSON、UNIQUAC、NRTL 3种物性方法,用DSTWU模块进行简捷计算,比较后得出NRTL物性方法最优;然后采用NRTL物性方法,用RadFrac模块进行严格计算,并与简捷计算结果比较,表明物性方法模拟可信;最后,对精馏塔的操作变量进行灵敏度分析,得到T0501和T0502最佳进料位置、回流比、D∶F分别7、0.13、0.13和11、0.67、0.97。 |

Distillation unit was simulated to produce 25×104 t/a ethylene glycol, Using chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus. First of all, The simple calculation was made using the DSTWU module with three methods of physical propertiy of WILSON、UNIQUAC and NRTL. After comparing, NRTL optimal was obtained. Then, strict calculation was made using RadFrac module with physical property of NRTL, the simulated was a trusted property method after compared with the simple calculation. Finally, feed position、reflux ratio、D/F of water column and ethylene glycol distillation column were 7、0. 13、0. 13 and 11、0. 67、0. 97 by the sensitivity analysis to the operation of the rectification column variables. |
