| 针对温室大棚、果园、茶园等设施农业的特点，在传统旋耕机的基础上，以锂电池+直流电机代替汽油机驱动，增设变速箱、差速装置、离合器等机构，优化旋耕刀具排列，组成新型环保电动微型旋耕机。旋耕机电机功率1.5 kW，耕幅0.48 m，旋耕速度60~360 r/min，旋耕深度0~12 cm，旋耕前进速度0.2~0.6 m/s，一档一次充电可满载连续工作6 h，耕地0.173 hm2；二档一次充电可满载连续工作1.5 h，耕地0.156 hm2。该旋耕机具有节能环保、方便灵活、噪声低、旋耕效率高、安全可靠、成本低等优点，显著降低了农耕工作强度和操作难度，应用前景广阔。 |

| According to the characteristics of greenhouse facilities such as greenhouse, orchard and tea garden, on the basis of the traditional rotary tiller, the lithium battery and DC motor is used instead of the gasoline engine, additional gearbox, differential devices, clutches and other institutions to optimize the rotation of cutting tools which are arranged to form a new type of environmentally friendly electric rotary tiller. Rotary motor power is 1. 5kW. Working width is 0. 48 m. Rotary speed is 60~360r/m. Rotary depth is 0~12 cm. Rotary forward velocity is 0. 2~0. 6 m/s. The fully loaded rotary tiller can work continuously for 6 hours on a single charge in first gear, it can plough 0. 173 hectare land. The fully loaded rotary tiller can work continuously for 1. 5 hours on a single charge in second gear, it can plough 0. 156 hectare land. The rotary tiller has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, convenient and flexible, low noise, high efficiency of rotary tillage, safe and reliable, low cost, and it significantly reduces the difficulty of agricultural work and the difficulty of operation. The application prospect is wide. |
