      提出了一种正交试验与灰色关联分析相结合的砻谷机工作参数优化方法。以正交试验为基础,获得砻谷机的胶辊压力、入机流量、快辊转速、胶辊速差等工作参数对砻谷的脱壳率、破碎率、产量、胶耗等工艺效果的影响;再通过灰色关联分析法对试验数据进行分析,获得砻谷机最佳工作参数。方法如下:首先进行单工艺目标优化,灰色关联系数平均值最大者为最优水平;然后进行综合工艺目标优化,综合工艺目标为单工艺目标的加权平均值,平均灰色关联度最大者为最优水平。

      An optimization method of working parameters of rice huller combined with orthogonal test and grey correlation analysis is proposed. Based on the orthogonal test, the influence of the working parameters such as rubber roller pressure, inlet flow rate, fast roll speed and roller speed difference on the hulling rate, crushing rate, yield and plastic consumption were studied. And then through the gray correlation analysis method to analyze the test data, the best working parameters of rice huller were obtained. The method is as follows: First, the single process target is optimized, and the average value of grey correlation coefficient is the optimal level. And then the integrated process objective is optimized. The integrated process objective is the weighted average of the single process target. The average grey correlation degree which is the biggest is the optimal level.
