An optimization method of working parameters of rice huller combined with orthogonal test and grey correlation analysis is proposed. Based on the orthogonal test, the influence of the working parameters such as rubber roller pressure, inlet flow rate, fast roll speed and roller speed difference on the hulling rate, crushing rate, yield and plastic consumption were studied. And then through the gray correlation analysis method to analyze the test data, the best working parameters of rice huller were obtained. The method is as follows: First, the single process target is optimized, and the average value of grey correlation coefficient is the optimal level. And then the integrated process objective is optimized. The integrated process objective is the weighted average of the single process target. The average grey correlation degree which is the biggest is the optimal level. |
