      为克服提升机同步电机传统直接转矩控制存在的转矩、转速、磁链脉动大等缺陷,提出一种改进的同步电机直接转矩控制方法。设计基于神经网络的定子磁链观测器和基于模糊控制的逆变器状态开关选择器,利用人工鱼群-粒子群混合算法优化神经网络结构参数,应用转矩、磁链误差以及磁链位置角的模糊分级实现逆变器开关分级控制。仿真及试验结果表明,所设计的控制策略与传统直接转矩控制相比,转矩、转速、磁链动态响应速度快、响应脉动小,能更好地满足提升机的运行要求。

      In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional direct torque control for hoist synchronous motor, such as torque, rotating speed and magnetic flux pulsation, an improved direct torque control method for hoist synchronous motor is proposed. The stator flux observer based on neural network and the inverter state switch selector based on fuzzy control is designed. Artificial fish swarm particle swarm hybrid algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of neural network structure. Torque and flux error and fuzzy classification of flux linkage position angle are applied to achieve the hierarchical control of the inverter state. The simulation and test results show that, by comparing the design of control strategy with the traditional direct torque control, the response speed of torque, rotating speed and flux linkage dynamic is fast, and the response of them is small. It can better meet the requirements of the hoist.
