      以M250A普通内圆磨床液压夹紧回路为例,建立了描述夹紧回路动态特性的状态空间数学模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建立其仿真模型,应用计算机仿真的方法,研究了不同的容腔体积和油液的体积弹性模量对夹紧回路动态特性的影响。结果表明:从超调量和过渡时间的角度看,容腔体积和油液弹性模量对回路动态响应的影响具有两面性。

      Taking the hydraulic clamping circuit of a plain grinding machine internal M250A as an example, a state space mathematical model describing the dynamic characteristics of the clamping circuit is established. The simulation model is established under the MATLAB/Simulink environment, and the influence of different volume of the cavity and the bulk modulus of the liquid on the dynamic characteristics of the clamping loop is studied by the method of computer simulation. The results show that from the perspective of overshoot and transition time, the influence of cavity volume and oil elastic modulus on the dynamic response of the loop has two sides.
