| 甲壳类水产动物是我国水产养殖中重要的水产经济种类，具有较高的经济价值和营养价值。甲壳类动物生长呈现一种非连续的梯形增长，每经过一次成功蜕壳体重会明显增加，而蜕壳失败往往导致死亡，给水产养殖带来极大的经济损失。从营养与环境的角度综述近几年甲壳类水产动物蜕壳的研究现状，为甲壳类水产动物饲料开发与健康养殖提供一定的参考。 |

| Crustacean aquatic animals are important aquatic economic species of aquaculture in China, with high economic value and nutritional value. The growth of crustaceans presents a kind of discontinuous trapezoid growth. The weight of crustaceans will increase obviously after each successful molting, and the failure of molting often leads to death, which brings great economic loss to aquaculture. In this paper, the research status of molting for crustacean aquatic animals in recent years is reviewed from the point of view of nutrition and environment, which provides some reference for the feed development and healthy breeding of crustacean aquatic animals. |
