结合国内SMC复合材料模压成形的工艺特点,分析了SMC复合材料热压成形专用设备电液比例控制系统的缺点,设计了具备控制精度高、响应速度快、使用效率高、电能耗低、噪音低、液压系统冲击小等优点的SMC复合材料整体卫浴热压成形专用设备伺服控制系统。该伺服控制系统体现了节能、环保、降噪等大型机床设备的先进控制理念。 |

Combined with the characteristics of domestic SMC composite molding process, the disadvantages of electro-hydraulic proportional control system of special equipment for SMC composite hot pressing were analyzed. The servo control system of SMC composite integrated hot pressing forming equipment is designed, which has the advantages of high control precision, fast response speed, high efficiency, low power consumption, low noise and small impact of hydraulic system. The servo control system embodies the advanced control concept of energy saving, environmental protection, noise reduction and other large machine tools. |
