      在电动车充电站给电动汽车蓄电池组充电过程中,充电机组产生了大量电力谐波,导致电能质量变差,对邻近的电力用户产生非常不利的影响,严重时会导致电力安全事故。运用滤波补偿装置对充电站进行谐波治理和无功补偿分析设计,得出如下结论:滤波装置投入运行后,公共连接点的各次谐波电压含有率和谐波电压总畸变率均在国标限值范围以内;负荷注入公共连接点的各次谐波电流均满足国标要求;功率因数均满足电网要求;滤波电容器的过流、过电压系数均保持在0.88以内,安全裕度大,可长期稳定运行。

      In the process of charging electric vehicle battery pack by electric vehicle charging station, the charging unit produces a lot of power harmonics, which leads to poor power quality, which has a very adverse impact on the adjacent power users, and even leads to power safety accidents. This paper uses the filter compensation device to analyze and design the harmonic control and reactive power compensation of the charging station, and draws the following conclusions: after the filter device is put into operation, the harmonic voltage content rate and total harmonic voltage distortion rate of the public connection point are within the national standard limits; the harmonic current injected into the public connection point by the load meets the requirements of the national standard; the power factor meets the requirements of the power grid The results show that the over-current and over-voltage coefficients of the filter capacitor are kept within 0. 88, with large safety margin and long-term stable operation.
